The Saints' Pantry
St. David’s is proud to support The Saints Pantry, a local ministry dedicated to providing food and essential supplies to individuals and families facing food insecurity in our community. Through the generosity of volunteers, donors, and partner churches, The Saints Pantry helps ensure that neighbors in need have access to nutritious food and compassionate support.
St. David’s accepts both non-perishable food donations and financial contributions on behalf of The Saints Pantry. Donations are presented during worship on the second Sunday of each month before being delivered to support their ongoing ministry in our community.
UMC Clothing Closet
The Shelton United Methodist Church Clothing Closet provides clean, gently used clothing and shoes to anyone in need—no questions asked. Open weekly in the South Hall Building, this ministry helps individuals and families in our community access essential clothing with dignity and compassion.
The Clothing Closet also welcomes donations of clean adult and children’s clothing and shoes. In addition, volunteers are needed to help staff the Clothing Closet, wash donated items, and perform simple mending and repairs. If you are looking for a practical way to serve our neighbors, this is a wonderful opportunity to make a direct difference in someone’s life.
